Once your order has been validated, it can no longer be modified as it is sent to the logistics team for preparation.

We provide delivery in France, Europe, DOM-TOM and Worldwide.
Shipping times:
For any order placed before 12 noon, shipment is made the same day (working days), Paris time
For any order placed after 12 noon, the shipment is made the next day (working days), Paris time Delivery times, after shipment:
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and the carrier you choose.

Except for Express home delivery by Chronopost, carriers do not commit to speed of delivery.

Return policy:
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return the product (s) you do not wish to keep. You are responsible for the return costs.
These products must be intact, complete, unopened and in their original packaging in good condition, with the instructions.
How to make your return?
- Complete the withdrawal form accessible at the bottom of the site or via this link.
- Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to send you a return slip. You are responsible for the return costs.
- You can return your order after printing your return slip.
We recommend that you keep the original packaging when you return your products.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, with the exception of the delivery costs.
